Haaland will remain a favourite for fantasy bosses in 2024-25, but the Norway international will not come cheap. It has been revealed that the prolific frontman comes with a £15 million price tag – becoming the first player to hit that mark.

Prior to the current asking price reveal, Haaland had sat level with Manchester United great Ronaldo (2008-09) and Arsenal legend Henry (2006-07) with a top price of £14m. Ex-Gunners and Red Devils forward Robin van Persie also demanded that fee in 2013-14.

Haaland now stands alone at the top of that chart, with the FPL revealing how much Premier League icons will cost in the new campaign. City will be hoping to see their No.9 hit the ground running when opening the defence of their title away at Chelsea on August 18.
