Lingard was named FC Seoul captain ahead of the new season, a mark of how he has settled in at the club. The 32-year-old spoke recently about how he feels at home in South Korea and can feel the confidence returning to his game.
WHAT LINGARD SAID
Lingard told : "I didn't know what to expect but seeing the love and appreciation really settled me down and got my confidence up. I started getting a couple of assists, a couple of goals. When people ask for pictures, I always try. When you finish your career, and you’re not getting the applause you’re used to, it can really hit you. I feel like just enjoying every moment."
